Welcome the Wheel of Wellness (the “Wheel”), your personal roadmap to a life with more courage, stamina and vitality. Using the Wheel you will be able to identify the areas causing you the most suffering, and thus, the ones that give you the most room for growth. When put together, you get a picture of where you are in life and the key areas to where to start making the change that works for YOU. This is all about creating a life and body YOU desire. It all starts here.

The really cool thing is that its easier than you might think. Let’s make a start. You’re gonna love this.

Start by giving your current life a score out of 10, 1 being the lowest, and 10 being the highest. Don’t think about it for too long; what number does your life feel like? This is your Life Score.
Next, work on the nine areas of the wheel. Score each section like you did your Life score, on a scale of 0-10.
When you have completed all nine areas, add up your scores. This is your WOW Score.
Add your Life Score and WOW Score and this gives your Total Score. Almost done. We have one more score to get and it’s the BIG one!
Subtract your Total Score from 100 and voila, there you have your Gap Score. This is the one we are most interested in.

Now you have your Gap Score you are ready to start working on increasing each of those nine areas to increase your Life Score and reduce the Gap. So even if your Gap Score is more than your Total Score, know that this is a prime place to be making a change. The potential, your potential is all in the gap. So remember the most important score is not how high you scored, but the gap between what is, and what is possible. It is in the gap that all the potential and possibilities lie. If you’ve been at a loss as to where to start, consider this your new roadmap, start looking for the hIghest Gap Score because it also has the highest potential to bring up your overall Life Score.
